Standing Seam Panels

When installing a standing seam roof, we use our Roll Former machine to fabricate each panel as it is needed. This maximizes efficiency and quality.

Many companies still employ a 'cut and drop' method when putting on a standing seam roof. While this has financial benefits for the roofing contractor, the quality of the job often suffers. Disadvantages include:

The quality of the panels being compromised due to exposure to the elements prior to installation;

The fact that there is a set number of panels. If a mistake is made, the tendency would be to 'cover it up' instead of simply fabricating a new panel, as we would do.
